- Reservation is a maximum of 7 hours.
- Pavilion use including setup/cleanup only allowed during allotted time on permit.

Rules and Regulations Reminder for your safety:
1. Groups wishing to drop off items at pavilions must arrange for access through the park attendant on duty with a permit. After unloading cars, leave area and park in regular parking areas. Park attendants will make the decision when to allow cars, if any, into the park to unload or reload, based on park attendance.
2. Charcoal-type fires are permitted in park-owned grills. NO propane, NO Turkey Cookers/Fryers. No open fires of any type are permitted without the approval of the Department and the written consent of the Chief of Baltimore County Fire Department. No fires of any type are permitted inside the pavilions except those having permanent fireplaces.
3. Water Balloons, Water Guns, Sprinklers, Slip N Slides, or Pools of any kind are not allowed in the park.
4. Pets must be leashed. Owners are responsible for cleanup.
5. The park attendant is the final authority in any dispute regarding the interpretation of printed park rules and regulations or in any other matter that may arise that is not covered by the park rules and regulations.
6. Any violation of the rules and regulations shall result in the revoking of your park permit, and the group will be required to vacate the park. The group may also be subject to legal action.
- No Alcohol allowed unless permitted (Alcohol allowed only in permitted area)
- No Live Bands, DJ’s, Amplified Music or Generators allowed.
- No Moon-bounces, inflatables, pony rides, petting zoos or dunking booths allowed.
- No Tents/Canopies
- No Food Trucks/Caterers
- No Fireworks/Sparklers
Weather Policies for Park and Outside Rentals:
An outside event may not be cancelled or postponed based upon the prediction of bad weather prior to an event. No refund will be provided in this situation. Only the department may make the decision to cancel a reservation in advanced for a significant meteorological event or other disaster.
If park staff are of the opinion that the outside event could not be held due to substantial rain (i.e. downpour), then an attempt may be made to reschedule the event on another day pending park availability.
Light rain or drizzle would not constitute a reason for event rescheduling. If park staff are of the opinion that any portion of the event could have taken place, then there will be no option to reschedule.
All indoor activity spaces and all outdoor permittable areas, except for athletic courts and fields:
i. Outdoor areas may only be rescheduled during the same calendar year.
ii. Indoor spaces may be rescheduled within 180 days of the reservation.

4. If the reservation request is denied by Baltimore County Recreation and Parks the full rental fee including the application fee will be refunded to the customer.
